I want to pursue this chain of thought and actually go on a super budget holiday to explore some of the best hostels in the world. Could be quite an adventure - meeting a different generation and understanding what they look for in travel and the world.

VolunTOURING - If I am willing to go super budget and stay at hostels then I should explore this option too. travel with a purpose and fulfill two objectives at one go. Unfortunately most links in the article below are suited to western travellers but I am sure I will find a couple of good one geared to an Asian traveler as well.
